• Does not inspect listed items
• Does not guarantee the quality or legality of items
• Does not guarantee successful transactions
• Does not act as a payment processor or escrow service

Users assume full responsibility for their transactions.

7. Negotiations and Offers

BUHARA may provide tools for:

• Price offers
• Counteroffers
• Barter proposals
• Deal status tracking

These tools are provided for convenience only.

A completed status within BUHARA does not create any legal guarantee or warranty.

8. User Reviews

Users may leave reviews following completed transactions.

Reviews must:

• Reflect genuine experiences
• Be truthful
• Not contain offensive or illegal content

BUHARA reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms.

9. Messaging

BUHARA provides messaging functionality between users.

Users may not use messaging to:

10. Fees
